[This] causes a spiritual refraction of the light of truth!
[If we keep the rules taught by men, not God’s commands, what will happen?]♦♦In spiritual world, there exists spiritual refraction! That is, many people, still, refuse to receive Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother as Elohim God. Only the members of the World Mission Society Church of God(WMSCOG) are following Them as the Spirit and the Bride. Are you sure that what you see with your eyes is always right, not distorted? Not always. If you have ever half-submerged a straight pencil into water, you have probably found that the pencil appears bent at the point it enters the water! As light passes from one transparent medium to another, it changes speed, and bends.This physical refraction makes us misunderstand what we see with our eyes!
As you know, the Bible contains the wisdom of salvation(2 Timothy 3:15~17). Every teaching is essential for our salvation. However, even Christians, nowadays, make nothing of God’s teachings in the Bible. Instead, they cherish the rules taught by men. Then, what will happen to them who despise God’s commands?
Matthew 15:7~9 You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you: ” ‘These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men.‘ “
This is God’s warning against the false believers. Outwardly, they were believers. They honored God with their lips and worshiped Him with all their hearts for the kingdom of heaven. However, God clearly said to them, “You worshiped me in vain. There’ll be no room for you in the kingdom of heaven!” Why? What caused this result?
From the above verses, we have to remember that the rules taught by men cause spiritual refraction! In other words, the rules taught by men make our souls stand against God the Savior! 2000 years ago, the Jews failed to recognize the Savior because of this spiritual refraction!
In this age, many Christians deny Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother as the Spirit and the Bride, who have come with the free gift of the water of life(Revelation 22:17). Why? What causes them to fail to recognize Elohim God? It’s because they just keep the rules taught by men, not God’s commands written in the Bible. Whoever clings to the rules taught by men will not be saved(Revelation 12:17, 1 John 2:3~6, 5:1~3)!
