The Passover of Eternal Life

The Passover is a commandment God has established to give the eternal life to us who are doomed to die. Jesus told us to keep the Passover if we want to get the eternal life.
In the Passover are the bread and wine symbolizing the body and precious blood of Jesus (Luke 22:7)
Jesus has emphasized many times that his flesh and blood bring eternal life, and promised that whoever eats Jesus Himself will have eternal life (John 6:53)

Considering that the death of men was caused by eating , it is God’s profound administration that we can have eternal life by eating something.

John 6:47-51

“I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.”

Jesus taught that he is the living bread that came down from heaven, and that whoever eats Jesus himself, the living bread, can get the eternal life. And Jesus emphasized this word over and over.

All living creatures on the earth maintain their lives by eating other living ones. But their lives are limited. It’s because they eat the limited life.
If only they could eat the unlimited life, they would live an unlimited life. Here is the only one who has the unlimited life.
He is Jesus. Jesus told that whoever eats him, the immortal being, can live forever.
And he established the Passover of the new covenant on this earth,
as the way to eat Jesus himself for the eternal life.
