The Bible Proves that the Sabbath is Saturday
Through the day Jesus was resurrected, we can understand what day of the week the Sabbath is in the Bible.
Mark 16:9 When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons.
The day Jesus resurrected was the first day of the week. ‘the first day of the week’ means the day after the Sabbath. So, in the previous verse, it is written that ‘the first day of the week’ came after the Sabbath.
Mark 16:1–2 When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus’ body. Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb
Therefore, ‘the first day of the week’, when Jesus was resurrected, must mean the day after the Sabbath. Then, what day would ‘the first day of the week’, when Jesus resurrected, be based on today’s system of days of the week? It’s Sunday. This is something recognized by both Catholics and Protestants.
Then, what day is the first day of the week, the day before Sunday? Of course it’s Saturday. The Bible testifies that Saturday is the Sabbath.
The Bible testifies very clearly that the Sabbath is Saturday.
Saturday is the Sabbath day that God commanded us to keep holy to remember. Therefore, we must worship God on Saturday, the Sabbath.

I know the other proof in the bible. We should keep the sabbath day. Because Paul has keep the sabbath day!
Acts 17:2 Then Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures.
Right! The biblical worship day is the Sabbath, the Saturday which is the seventhday. It is not the Sunday.
When we keep the Sabbath on Saturday, we can follow God’w word.
