The Bible is a book of prophecy
However, the Bible is the oldest book in the world, written at different times by dozens of people of different occupations and ages over 1,600 years.
What is more surprising is that everything written over 1,600 years is connected by prophecy and it’s fulfillment.
Among the Bible records, let us study the prophecy about King Cyrus and its fulfillment.
King Cyrus was the founder of the Persian Empire and the conqueror of the Orient.
Let us look at his great achievements recorded in the Bible.
“This is what Cyrus king of Persia says: ‘The LORD, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and he has appointed me to build a temple for him at Jerusalem in Judah.’ ” (Ezr 1:2–3)
Why did Cyrus, the king of Persia, praise the God of Israel and set the Israelites free? King Cyrus saw his name written in the book of Isaiah which had been written about 170 years before he freed the Israelites.
“ ‘This is what the LORD says to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I take hold of to subdue nations before him . . . I will give you the treasures of darkness, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.’ ” (Isa 45:1–3)
King Cyrus came to realize that God had helped him conquer Babylon, and he freed the Israelites as prophesied in the Bible.
As a result, King Cyrus is still praised by people as an ancient monarch who set the slaves free and who recognized the right to freedom of religion.
The Bible also foretold the birth of Jesus as a child about 700 before His coming to the earth.
“. . . ‘The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.’ ” (Isa 7:14)
According to this prophecy, God was born as Jesus through the body of the virgin Mary (Mt 1:18–23).
Moreover, the Bible predicted in detail how Jesus would suffer.
“. . . He was despised and rejected by men, . . . But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds, we are healed.” (Isa 53:3–5)
According to this prophecy, Jesus was pierced with a spear and whipped (Mt 27:26–35; Jn 19:34).
Although the prophecies of the Bible were not understood by people when they were written down, they have all been fulfilled.
So the Bible warns us not to treat prophecies with contempt (1 Th 5:20).
It’s because we cannot be saved if we despise the prophecies of the Bible. As many prophecies have been fulfilled exactly as written, so the prophecies that remain will all be fulfilled without fail.
“ ‘There will be great earthquakes, famines, and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.’ ” (Lk 21:11)
The Bible tells us that we must flee to Zion in order to be saved when the last great disaster and destruction come.
“ ‘ “. . . Gather together . . .” ‘Raise the signal to go to Zion! Flee for safety without delay! For I am bringing disaster from the north, even terrible destruction.’ ” (Jer 4:5–6) .
Zion, where God’s feasts are celebrated, is a place of refuge and salvation God has promised us (Isa 33:20).
In the world, the World Mission Society Church of God is the only church that celebrates God’s feasts according to the teachings of the Bible; it is Zion.
The reason the Church of God becomes a place of refuge and salvation is because God himself dwells there in the flesh and teaches his people the truth.
Every prophecy of the Bible must be fulfilled without fail.
Believe in the profuses of the Bible absolutely and receive the blessing of Salvation in the Church of God which celebrates God’s Feasts.

The Bible’s prophecy came true
In fact, the Jews who only looked at Jesus’ physical life and environment did not believe in Jesus who came according to the Bible. It is the prophecy of the Bible that proves that Jesus is the Christ.
It is not a physical life and environment. We must look at Christ in this age according to the prophecy of the Bible.
The Bible testifies to Christ Ahnsahnghong, the Second Coming Christ.
If you judge only the physical side of Christ rather than the prophecies of the Bible, you will reject Christ like the Jews 2,000 years ago.
All the words of the Bible that testify about the Savior prophesied God’s redemptive work to save humanity, and we see that it is being fulfilled according to the prophecy. God came to this earth in the flesh for the second time according to prophecy to lead us to salvation from the judgment that will follow the death of all human beings. Christ Ahnsahnghong, who came to this world as the savior of this age through the prophecies of the Bible and taught us the truth of life, such as the disappeared Sabbath, the Passover, and the women’s veil regulations, is the Second Coming Christ that the Bible testifies to.
I agree. The Bible given by God is A book of prophecy that accurately describes future events. When we know the prophecies of the Bible, we can participate in God’s work of redemption and be saved!
All things are to be done by God’s will and this is why we have to listen to the prophecies of the Bible. Most people deny this fact just because they have not seen God with their own eyes. It was the same with me. In the past I never accepted that all things were under the control of God. But, after learning the fulfillment of the prophecies of the Bible I realized that God truly existed and His words are absolute and unchangeable. And, I also realized that Christ Ahnsahnghong must be the 2nd Coming Christ and God the Mother is the source of the water of life!
That’s Right. So, obeying the Bible absolutely is the way to eternal life and salvation!
The Bible is a book of prophecy written by God for our salvation.
Jesus is God who fulfilled the prophecy that He would come as a baby.
Although Cyrus was the king of a foreign country, he liberated the Israeli captives for nothing and helped them build God’s temple.
These actions of Cyrus were already recorded in the Bible of Isaiah 170 years ago.
Cyrus was surprised to see his actions prophesied in the Bible, praised God as the true God, and did as prophesied.
It is said that all prophecies recorded in the Bible come true without exception.
There is not much time left until the prophecy of entering eternal heaven.
I look forward to the day when I believe in Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother, keep the truth of the New Covenant, and reign forever and ever in eternal heaven.
It’s right! We can be saved only by going to Zion, as the Bible testifies.
