The one who is blessed

Everyone who lives a life of faith wants to be a person who receives blessings from God. The purpose of believers’ faith is to receive soul salvation from God (1 Peter 1:8~9). God gives blessings to those who acknowledge them as God’s people, and that blessing is the salvation of souls.

The Bible testifies that those who delight in the law of God and meditate on it day and night are blessed.
Then, what kind of people can receive blessings from God? The Bible testifies that those who delight in the law of God and meditate on it day and night are blessed.

Psalm 1:1-2 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.

Also, it says that those who do God’s law can enter the kingdom of heaven.

MATTHEW 7:21~23 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

In order for us to become people blessed by God, we must first know what God’s law is and obey it faithfully. And we must strive to realize the will of God contained in that law.
