The bible testify that baptism is a sign of salvation.
Then, when should we be baptized?
Some churches are baptizing six months or a year later for various reasons.
Is this kind of baptism in God’s will?
Proverbs 27:1
Do not boast about tomorrow,
for you do not know what a day may bring.
The bible show that one cannot expect an inch ahead.
The Bible testify that baptism is a sign of salvation,
but is it really in God’s will to delay it?
Biblical records show that Jesus’ disciples also baptized
immediately without delaying the baptism.

First of all, we can get sign of salvation from the God.

Human can’t expect anything.

We should receive the baptism through God’s will.

Most Protestant churches in Korea provide this to those who have completed the training provided by the church 6 months or 1 year after registration. When did Jesus teach us to be baptized?
We don’t know what will happen in a moment. In our lives, we cannot see one inch ahead (Proverbs 27:1). Would God really have told people who do not know the future, not even a day ahead, or even just a minute later, to perform baptism in six months or a year, in which their sins will be forgiven and salvation will be promised?
Baptism should be done as soon as one realizes it. Nowhere in the Bible does it say to be baptized after six months or one year of study. The reason why baptism must be performed immediately is because our lives cannot be predicted one inch ahead. People are beings who cannot know what will happen during the day, in an hour, or even in a minute. That is why Jesus commanded, “Baptize them first, and then teach them and make them keep his words.”
Baptist is an urgent ceremony that should not be postponed.
Baptism is a sign of salvation.
