The Passover, the Law of Life Established Through the Blood of Christ.

Eph 1:7
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace[.]

1 Pe 1:18-19
For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

The Bible says that we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins, through the precious blood of Christ. We need the block of Christ to live as people who have been set free from the spiritual slavery of sin. Without receiving Christ’s blood, no one can be set free from the chains of sin and death.

Jn 6:53-55
Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink.”

Having no life means being under the captivity of death. Those who do not eat Jesus’ flesh and drink His blood have no life in them. Since the wages of sin is deat (Ro 6:23), only when we received the forgiveness of sins can we be freed from the chains of death and have eternal life.
Jesus’s flesh and blood that gives eternal life is given through the Passover.

Mt 26:17-28
. . . He replied, “Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.’ ” So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover. . . . While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”

The precious blood of Christ, which destroys the law of sin and death, refers to the New Covenant Passover established by Christ, The greatest gift from God to mankind is the law of lifeㅡthe Passoverㅡwhich enables us to have the forgiveness of sins through the flesh an blood of Christ.
