How to Recognize and Realize God in the Flesh

Satan uses all sorts of tricks to block us from properly recognizing God. So, the Bible testifies that the one who prevents the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ from shining is Satan, the god of this world.

2 Corinthians 4:4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

There are many ways Satan can slander the gospel, but one of them is to highlight the fleshly side of Christ so that we cannot recognize the divinity of Christ. So, 2,000 years ago, Jesus’ life, environment, family, and birthplace confused people’s minds, and many Jews stumbled because of Jesus’ fleshly side. However, the apostles correctly recognized that Jesus who came in the flesh was the Christ.

2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.

Then, unlike the Jews who did not correctly recognize the glory of Jesus, what is the reason why the street lamps overcame Satan’s slander and correctly received Jesus?

2 Corinthians 5:16 So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.

The apostles did not judge Christ by his physical appearance. This was the difference between the Jews who rejected Christ and the apostles who accepted Christ. The apostles did not see only the
physical side of Christ, but only focused on the prophecies of the Bible and the teachings of eternal life that Jesus gave (Acts 17:2, 8:30, John 6:68). So the apostles were able to overcome all of Satan’s tricks to blind the mind with the physical aspect of Christ.

Then, from what point of view should we view God who has come in the flesh? Like the apostles, we must resolve not to know Christ according to the flesh and only look at Christ through the prophecies of the Bible. Just like the Jews of 2,000 years ago, abandoning the prophecies of the Bible and only looking at the physical side is a foolish idea to fall into Satan’s delusion and abandon the way of salvation and choose the path of destruction.

The Bible testifies of the Spirit and the Bride as the saviors of the last days. We must also look at the Spirit and the Bride with spiritual eyes through the prophecies of the Bible, not the physical side. Let us be able to fully realize Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother through the Bible and go to heaven together.
